Expertise in train bogie machining
A new online campaign went live last week highlighting Unisign’s expertise in train bogie machining. Our CNC machines offer unmatched productivity, flexibility, and a minimal set-up time, helping leading companies like Hofmann Engineering, Medha Servo Drives, and Stadler Winterthur optimizing their bogie production processes.
We encourage you to add this landing page to your own website to inform your prospects about Unisign’s advanced bogie machining solutions.

Welcome in the Unisign team!
With pleasure we welcome Bart Mennen (left) as the newest addition to our sales team. As Technical Sales Manager, Bart will be dedicated to providing expert advice and support to both our existing and new customers.
We also extend a warm welcome to Bert Giesbertz (right). Bert is graduating from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He will be tackling a challenging project focused on further optimizing our UNITWIN machines.
“Enjoy working with them”
“Unisign delivers extremely reliable milling machines and we certainly enjoy working with them. They are well-built and, when used in production, are largely fault-free. It makes me happy to have the chance to operate a machine as robust and as precise as this”, explains Stefan Wäckerlin (specialist in CNC milling and programming at Stadler Winterthur) in a new case study.
For over 13 years, our CNC machines have been powering Stadler Winterthur’s production of high-quality bogies. With four Unisign machines in action, Stadler ensures precision machining of a wide range of bogies for trains, trams and even mountain railways.

Milestone – 1000th Unisign CNC machine
September 16 we celebrated a special moment in Unisign’s history: the completion of the 1000th CNC machine.
This milestone is not only a technical achievement, but also proof of the dedication, passion and craftsmanship of our team.
We celebrated this achievement with our valued customer, Homag, who is the proud buyer of the 1000th machine. We are honored about the longstanding partnership with the Homag Group, who operates a total of 14 Unisign machines, including this latest UNIPORT.
We marked the occasion with a custom-made cake, as we reflected on this fine accomplishment. Here’s to many more to come!

New generation of steel telescopic covers for UNICOM6000
In close collaboration with the German company Hennig GmbH we developed a new telescopic cover for our UNICOM6000 machines. These improved covers are designed to enhance protection and boost the performance of existing machines.
The innovative solution has already proved itself in practice:
✔️ Improved seal: that stops practically all machining waste from getting in between the cover sections.
✔️ Straightforward mechanism: fewer moving parts to reduce potential faults, improving the durability of the cover.
